Buyer Responsibilities:
Have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. Seller must be informed immediately of the examination result by email. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.
Deposit Information
If puppy is under 8 weeks of age, a deposit of $____________ will hold him or her until he or she is ready to go home.
Balance of puppy is due on or before puppy is 8 weeks of age or agreed upon date of ____________.
If for any reason balance due for puppy is not paid on time, seller will attempt to contact buyer and 72 hours will be given for full payment to be received. If payment is not received, puppy will be placed back up for sale and deposit will be forfeited.
Puppy must be paid in full prior to shipping. Sorry, no exceptions.
All deposits are nonrefundable. Deposit may be transferred to another puppy at seller's discretion.
Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to:
Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and dewormings.
Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and dewormings.
Provide monthly heart worm preventative
Puppy must be Spayed or neutered by the age of 12 months.
Health Guarantee:
This puppy is guaranteed for one year against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affect the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia, which hampers the movement of the dog and natural gait and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature.

This guarantee does not cover any eye problems like Dry eye, ulcers etc.Part of the charm of the Shih Tzu is their big round bulgy eyes and squishy noses, this however does expose them to eye injury easily. Careful attention should be given to the hair growing near the eyes and on top of the nose as well as face rubbing . If you notice any injury to your pets eye, immediate medical attention should be given by your vet. Loss of eye sight or the eye itself can occur if left untreated for too long.
If the dog dies within this one-year time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason, if reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy. Buyer is responsible for all vet cost associated.
All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds.
Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
This guarantee does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self-limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough on its own is not life threatening.
Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement puppy.
The replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
Any physical problem, which is or could be the result of injury, is not covered under this guarantee.

Buyer agrees not to use Sunrise-ShihTzu's name or my name publicly including, but not limited to any website,blog,forum or any other public outlet that may be considered negative. If buyer breaks this agreement, they are immediately responsible for any and all legal fees/money associated with the removal of negative material. Buyer also agrees that they will immediately be responsible for a MINIMUM of $5,000.00 in damages.
